Small Business Client Description:

Business has less than 100 employees, who are having trouble with implementation of business structures, new policies, procedures and/or growing pangs. The number to success: (503) 762-3118.

We create a plan of action for you if your personnel are not effectively producing results. We train managers to become leaders when they are not effectively gaining the cooperation of their staff. Business structures are unnecessarily duplicated due to a lack of communication or too much redundant communication ("spinning your wheels".) The employees may be confused due to a lack of true leadership which causes discord in the office. The lack of leadership or social skills, wavering confidence of fulfillment. Typically the business has strayed from their original mission statement or has not updated their structures with a clear plan. This creates a lack of knowing what action to take. Employees are unable to stay focused on the action needed to reach their successful outcome.

The coach and client then set up checks and balances throughout the process. In a business setting this may be peer reviews, or surveys for customers and employees.
