Mind Centered Work:

Create language and thought processes that support you in creating success in your life. We look at your beliefs that are no longer serving you, become aware of your behavior patterns. We use discovery through body-centered meditation to quiet the mind and let your natural process begin to work with itself. You then design a new set of instructions based on what you want to create. You use your design to create self-supporting language, thoughts, emotions and beliefs that serve you in any area of your life. Together we create an action oriented plan to bridge the gap of where you are now and where you want to be. Through accountability, responsibility, and support to assist you in discovering the authenticity of the one who wants the absolute best for you, the one that loves you through all you have experienced, we bring you face to face with your own highest light. You have the answers to all your needs; learning to listen and interpret the information for your success is essential for living a life of your design. Your actions are essential in moving you forward to where you want to go.

Body Centered Work:

We begin with an awareness of your stress. Through guided relaxation you bring your attention to your physical body. The body has a language of it's own, and you will begin to hear what it is saying to you. There is a wisdom that you carry with you in every moment of your life. Your body knows this wisdom, it has been with you throughout your whole life. The practice will give you an opportunity to live in harmony with your body's intelligence. Discover how to ask your body questions and learn to trust your body, it is your ultimate life support system. Find astounding answers you forgot you knew. We have created relationships with bodywork practitioners to support you in your quest for a Total Holistic Improvement System.

Spiritual Centered Work:

Is it possible you have a higher purpose you would like to explore? You have the ability to surrender to the natural flow of life and connect to all living beings. Discover your true nature as a spiritual being and flow with the infinite wisdom of the universe. The answers come from within your finite understanding of the universal energy. From your perspective you will learn to create a relationship with your higher consciousness. From this perspective you begin to experience the infinite wisdom you have always had access to.
