  • Face to Face: coach's home, client's home/office, or a neutral location.
  • Telephone: Client calls coach - land-line or cell phone; the client will pay for all calls. If client and coach get disconnected, the coach will call client back.
  • Client use of email: Limit will be imposed if client overuses system (this will be assessed on case-by-case basis) average 3 emails a week
  • Skype: Coach calls client - primarily intended for International Calls
  • Teleconferencing: Phone # will be provided through email
    • Client will call Phone #, Client will enter access code
    • During the call client may choose to interact or just listen
    • Client is requested to not talk over other people
    • Client is encouraged to interact
    • Client is required to identify self (first name & area of calling)
    • Teleconferencing will be 1-hour in duration
    • Teleconferencing fees are described in sign up letter
  • Retreat
    • No alcohol / no drugs unless prescribed by doctor
    • Client to provide for personal needs
    • Signed release form
    • Anyone under 18 must have parental release form

    • Please be courteous and arrive 15 minutes prior to start time
