Living Consciously is information and a new way of viewing the world by introspective thought, emotional intelligence, body awareness, and heart-centered spiritual guidance from your source.

We do not tell you what to think, but bring a mirror to you, so you can see how you are thinking, feeling and experiencing life. If something is working for you then great keep doing it, if it is not then balance your traits and find a new way to experience your life.
