Conflicts of Interest - real, potential, or perceived conflicts exist when professionals of the GreenMountain Enrichment and Empowerment Center (GEEC) have a personal interest in the client's decision-making process. Facilitator should recuse him or herself from working with client, immediately disclose the information to the client, and refer client to another facilitator. Facilitator may be, but does not have to be, a member of GEEC.

Client Privacy - Facilitator will not discuss client by name, either by directly mentioning or implying client's identity. Client personal contact information will remain private unless client wishes to disclose. To disclose to the public, client must sign a release form.

GreenMountain Enrichment and Empowerment Center strives to create honesty in sales and marketing.

Careful attention by facilitator and client to matters that can pose real threats to persons will be addressed. If facilitator feels that client is a danger to self or others, direct action to notify the proper authorities will be taken.

In Case of Emergency (ICE) - Client contact information will be gathered prior to the first session of any program offered by GreenMountain Enrichment and Empowerment Center. This information will be kept private unless client has signed release form.

GreenMountain Enrichment and Empowerment Center and all its employees are mandatory reporters of child abuse under the guidelines described in ORS 419B.005.
