I found the concepts to be comprehensive and understandable. I received value in my own personal growth - a powerful reminder of the act of being conscious and helpful steps and suggestions.
I felt the stories were all appropriate and were a big plus.
The information definitely got me thinking and wondering. I believe the book contains ideas and tools to live consciously. I enjoyed reading and learning about the Laws of Conscious Living. I appreciate all the references you use and recommend. Good insight on confrontation. I liked Chapter Six!
