When not immersed in the world of human resources you’ll her with her family on the water or mountains on their skis. Every two years or so, Cay does enjoy watching sports – the Olympics – because it’s the easiest sporting event to know who to root for. Her family is managed by a wonderful dog named Rio, who has her own room and queen sized bed.

Cay has nearly twenty years experience in all facets of facilitation, employee development and human resources. She began her career in the Phoenix area working for a CPA automating payroll and accounting systems to help small business become more efficient and profitable.
As a Human Resources Manager Cay worked to refine many aspects of HR and employee development for small businesses. After earning her Master's Degree specializing in Training and Organizational Development she became a project specialist and has worked on a variety of projects for small to large organizations including IEEE, OGI, ODOT, PCC, Barco, Auxium and many other small and emerging businesses.
Cay teaches and mentors faculty candidates (supervisory) for an online University, is the author of two books (The Rhythm of Communication; Dancing to the Language of Life and Totally Immerse Yourself in Moments of Excellence: A Journal of Endless Possibilities and Success – Contact Cay for ordering information), has a delightful & motivating style of presentation.
